The Art of Listening and Creating

The Art of Listening and Creating is an immersive and experiential event that explores the transformative power of words, listening, and acknowledgment. This event is designed for individuals who desire to expand themselves in being the Listener, upgrade their communication skills, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others.  

This is where you learn to listen powerfully.

You will learn the three dimensions of listening: listening for content, listening for context, and listening from creation. 

You will become advanced listeners and learn to use your skills to build your acknowledgment and creation muscles.

You will learn how to distinguish information, emotion, and commitment in ways that allow them to better understand themselves and others.  This distinction will inform the way you communicate with partners, clients, and friends.

In addition to learning about listening and interpretation, participants will also learn about the creation of oneself and others through acknowledgment. 

Acknowledgment is the act of recognizing someone for who they are being, their greatness, and their possible future in the here and now. It is a powerful way of being that builds trust, shares possibility, and calls forth actions aligned with the acknowledgment.

You will be receiving acknowledgment and giving acknowledgment to others at this event.  You will learn the value of authenticity in acknowledging yourself and others.
